We invite emerging researchers and practitioners to join the RMU Data Dialogue 2026 in Frankfurt, 9–11 December 2026. Participation is free of charge, but the number of places is limited — the application includes a few short questions and a brief selection process.

How It Works

Apply — fill in the application form. We ask a few questions about your background and your interest in critical data visualization. Submitting the form is not yet a confirmation of participation.
Notification — the winter school is dedicated to creating an open space for early-career researchers, artists, and practitioners. As seats are limited, the organizing team reviews all applications with this in mind, and we will let you know until 30 October 2026 by email whether we can offer you a place or a spot on the waiting list.

We might be able to offer some limited funding for a select group of participants. I would like to apply for financial support (travel & accommodation) — up to €200 (national) / €400 (international) Support is intended for early-career researchers without access to other funds.
